Blackberries are packed with antioxidants and fiber. I love eating frozen ones as a fun snack and add them to my smoothies. In this week’s smoothie recipe the blackberry is the star.

Smoothies are one of my go to’s for breakfasts – especially when I’m in a hurry. I can quickly trow some nutritious foods in my blender, switch in on, take two deep breaths, switch off – and breakfast is served. As we’re approaching the end of summer, I love hanging on to the foods that really symbolize summer for me – and ice cream has always been one of those things.
