Super Easy Kale Chips

  1. Stem and tear up your washed bunch of kale into small pieces
  2. Toss in a bowl with 1 tbsp good olive oil
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt ( I love the pink Himalayan kind)
  4. Bake in the oven at 300F for about 20min
  5. Cool it and digg in!
